This is what I used:

| | 4 portion spring onions |
| | 60 g beansprouts |
| | 500 g Chicken, breast, grilled without skin, meat only |
| | 2 tablespoon soy sauce |
| | 1 teaspoon grated ginger root |
| | 1 cube Oxo Chicken Cubes (110ml stock) |
| | 140 g Asda Reduced Fat Smooth Peanut Butter |
| | 150 g Amoy Straight to Wok Medium Noodles |
| | 375 g dried rice |
